The following services will NOT be refundable:

  • No refunds are permitted on the sale of digital products. All sales are final.
  • If deliverables are sent out, there will be no refunds.
  • If emails HAVE been sent out for: release blitzes, promo blitzes, arc teams and beta teams, refunds will NOT be available.


Refunds are permitted on the sale of services under the following conditions:

  • Editing services need a 20-25% non-refundable deposit, and the rest can be refunded if work is incomplete.
  • If emails HAVE NOT been sent out for; release blitzes, promo blitzes, arc teams and beta teams, 85% refund will be available.
  • If cancellation of services are requested within 24 hours, full refund can be given.


Refunds are issued at the Operator’s discretion and may be accepted or rejected as such.
